How ChooseSahi works
Four steps from a search box to a choice you can explain to anyone.
Search any powder
Type a brand, a type or a budget. 3,700+ powders sold in India, one search box.
We read the label
Protein, scoop size, sugar and price come off the panel and onto one baseline.
Purity = protein ÷ scoop size
Compare side by side
Put up to 4 powders together and see who wins on purity and real cost.
Decide for yourself
Pick on the panel and the price per gram, not on ads or influencer posts.

Straight answers
The questions people ask before they trust a ranking, including the ones that don't flatter us.
Still have a question?
Or spotted a number that doesn't match the label? Tell us and we'll check it.
Ask usPurity is protein per serving divided by serving size, as printed on the label: a 30 g scoop delivering 27 g of protein is 90% pure. That single number sets the tier — A+ at 88% and above, A from 75% to 87%, B from 60% to 74%, C below 60%. It is arithmetic on the nutrition panel, applied identically to every product, with no editorial adjustment. The full method, including what the score deliberately ignores, is published at /purity-tiers.
See the grade thresholdsNo. We do not accept sponsorships, paid placements or brand-edited listings, and no brand can buy a tier or a position. We do earn a commission when you buy through some links on this site, and it changes nothing about the arithmetic — the formula never sees it. If a product we would rather not recommend calculates to an A+, it gets an A+.
Read our affiliate disclosureProduct records are refreshed in batches from brand and marketplace listings rather than on a fixed schedule, so a listing can lag the newest pack — brands reformulate and repackage without notice. Treat our figures as the basis for a comparison, and confirm the physical label before you buy.
Report an out-of-date figureNo, and we will not claim otherwise: we are a data platform, not a laboratory, and we do not commission our own testing. What we do hold is FSSAI licence data on roughly 1,400 of our 3,700 products, shown on the product itself. Where a field is blank we say so rather than marking the product as failing.
How we check product dataQuite a lot, and that matters more than the score itself. Purity cannot detect amino spiking, because free-form glycine, taurine and BCAAs register as protein in the label figure. It says nothing about amino acid profile, absorption, heavy metals, taste or mixability.
Spotting amino spiking
